Meet The Team

Steve retired as the Chairman of the Mississippi Parole Board. Prior to working for the Department of Corrections, Steve worked at the Hinds County Sheriffs Department and prior to that he was a County Court Judge for Hinds County. 

Brittany graduated from MC Law in 2018 and has dedicated her career to public service. Brittany is currently the Deputy Director of Operations and the Strategic Management Coordinator. Additionally, Brittany is also a local businesswoman and is co-owner of Magnolia Blue Boutique.

Shannon is a longtime businessman, specializing in wood flooring engineering. Shannon is the CEO of Bakers Creek Wood Flooring.

Charlotte is a longtime business woman in the capital city and is the CEO of A-1 Pallet Company.

Charles is the former Mayor of Utica, Mississippi and is the current Tax Assessor in Hinds County. 

Michael is a Veteran of the United States Navy and is a retired businessman in the home health industry, retiring from his home health business Sta Home Health.

Marshand is a Veteran if the United States Marine Corps and a former two-term Jackson City Councilman. He is currently a Professor  if Criminal Justice at Jackson State University.

Chris is a Veteran of the United States Army and is a civil servant in his capacity as the Constituent Services Director for the City of Jackson. Chris is the former Special Projects Office for the Hinds County Board of Supervisors, and also a former Zoning and Compliance Officer with the City of Jackson. 

George is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and is a local businessman, owner of American National Bail Bond Company.

Lynn is the Director of Policy and Compliance and brings her extensive knowledge and experience to the Center for Police and Sheriffs to ensure proper management and expenditure of grant and donated funds.
